If there is one thing I can't resist its a cookie. Some people love cupcakes or candy but I love cookies.
All over the internet there are recipes claiming to be the best. So I decided to test some out. The first one was a recipe I found on pinterest which was a cross between shortbread and a chocolate chip cookie. It was heaven. Simple to make and literally melted in my mouth. Yum !
Here are some photos of the before and after. The dough was very flaky and delicious... It almost didn't make it to the oven.
